The large room seats 150 people. Our smaller seminar room seats 50
persons comfortably, making this an excellent choice for business
meetings, club meetings, and parties. You can take a tour of our Main
Banquet Room or
The
Cove, our smaller banquet room.
Our banquet chefs offer a flexible menu with both buffet and plated
style dinners, as well as a variety of appetizers and hors d'oeuvres. A
banquet manager will be able to discuss your individual needs and
provide the guidance necessary for a well-organized event.
Our main banquet room is perfect for wedding receptions, retirement rarities,
anniversary parties, birthday parties, reunions, showers, seminars,
business meetings, club meetings and much more. Call us today to

Room Rental Fees
Without food, the fee for the rooms is $200. There is a 25 person
minimum on the small room and a 50 person minimum on the large room. If
the final count does not surpass these amounts, Chesapeake Cuisine
reserves the right to place another small party in the room unless a
room charge is paid. No outside food or beverage is permitted. All
remaining food is the property of Chesapeake Cuisine and cannot be taken
off the premises.
Room Times
There is a four (4) hour allotment time on the rooms starting from the
contracted dinner time. Additional time will be billed at the rate of
$50.00 per hour. Chesapeake Cuisine reserves the right to reassign rooms
up until 3 weeks before the scheduled event. This decision is based on
your estimated total given. This does not include rehearsal dinners
and wedding receptions.
Guaranteed Counts
A guaranteed number of attending guests must be given to Chesapeake
Cuisine no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. This guaranteed
total must come within 20% of the estimated amount and will be used as
the billing amount, even if fewer guests attend.
Prices and Payments
The prices of the meals do not include a 6% Virginia Sales Tax or 18%
gratuity. All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is
expected in full the day of the event unless other arrangements have
been made.
Deposits and Cancellations
A $300 deposit is required to hold a room. Any cancellation received
less than five (5) months prior to the scheduled event will result in
loss of the deposit. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be
rescheduled, however it is the responsibility of the party to cancel. If
the party does not cancel they will be billed for the banquet
accordingly.
Special Services
Additional services such as flowers, balloons, custom linens and
entertainment are available upon request. Additional charges may apply
for these services.

& Desserts, Hors d'oeuvres and specific entrees. Our hot
buffet menu is presented on this page to acquaint you with some of what
we have to offer. Menus to all other foods will be available when
we meet with you to arrange your banquet.
